Start Your Bidding!!!

TL;DR Version:

1) All bidding must be done ONLINE, through the 32auctions web site. Register for the site now. (Be sure to charge your phone on Friday night at Ohana!)

2) You must be attending Ohana to bid/win. Yes, you have to physically be present, because you need to take your winning items with you when you go!

3) The auction will end promptly at 4pm on Ohana Saturday (6/25/22). Please report to the staircase outside of the Paradise Lounge (after you have paid for items) promptly at 4pm.

4) Items will be on display, live and in color, in the WAIKIKI ROOM, downstairs at the Tiki, from 11 am until 4pm on Ohana Saturday, so you can peruse them at your leisure. We'll point the way if you don't know where that is.

5) This year the auction will begin virtually ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE of Ohana. So, this coming Saturday, June 18th, at 9AM, I will send you a link and you can begin looking at, and bidding on, all the wonderful goodies we've got.

6) PLEASE pay for your items directly through the 32auctions website!!! We've made it easy peasy!! Please note that there is a $3 to $6 cost per $100 bid for opening this option up. There's a section where you can include an "Add-on Amount" if you're able to help cover that fee. It means 100% of your money can go to charity!! We will also still accept cash when you pick-up your items, but bid it-buy it-pay it right through the website will make everything sooooo much easier (and quicker!), so keep that option in mind.

Bargoyle Version:

AllloooooooooooooooooHAAAAAAAA all you hep kats and kttens!

Well, we're down to the wire for Ohana, so you're going to hear from me a couple times in the next week or so. Much to do, much to say, and precious little time... today I wanted to talk to you about one of the biggest and best parts of Ohana... The Silent Auction.

First, Super Mega Mahalos to the volunteers who spearhead this beast of a project. There are literally HUNDREDS of items that need to be cataloged, photographed, and uploaded, and they do it all with aplomb.

The end result, your chance to take home one of hundreds of amazing items, and help the kids in the process!

Yeah, 100% of the profits from the Silent Auction go directly to charity.

As you know, OHANA is a charity event. We price our tickets at pretty much the break even point (because we're cool like that), so how do we make money for charity if the price of a ticket just covers the cost of the event? (you see where I'm going here, right?)

Thats right the Silent Auction!! …and Merchandise… and cocktail sales. But the bulk of our donation is from the Silent Auction

So, how do you get involved in this whole Silent Auction thing? I’m glad you asked!

If you've joined us before and are already registered at 32auctions.com, you're already ready to go. Just make sure you remember your login and password.

If you’re like me and constantly forget your login and passwords to all the sites you visit, now’s a great time to go to 32auctions.com and request a reset. Then you’ll be good to go!

And if you haven't already registered, now is the time to go do that!!!!

Set up an account and you can bid on all the weird, wild, and wonderful things we'll have for grabs at Ohana this year!

Again, its how we make most of our donation, and its WIN-WIN!!! You take home something super cool; your money gets to do some good in the world!!!

Ok, you all registered and ready to rock? Cool. Lets go over how this sucker works:

1) All bidding must be done ONLINE, through the 32auctions web site. (Be sure to charge your phone on Friday night at Ohana!)

2) You must be attending Ohana to bid/win. Yes, you have to physically be present, because you need to take your winning items with you when you go!

Bid Early. Bid Often. Win big and help the kids!!!

As always, MUUUUCH more to come really soon. Keep being awesome, and we'll see ya at the Lake!
